Hello, was checking to see what everyone’s thoughts are on the Margaritaville resort under construction near Disney.

According to Wyndham sales at Bonnet Creek last month there might not be any timeshare units.
A year or two ago it was supposed to be about half residential and half timeshare.
Sales claim they are in the dark on how it will end up
Water park is supposedly cut way back also

Really the water park is being cut back. I hope they don’t start cutting back on other stuff in the complex. Fees seem to be extremely high too.
