Maintenance Fee

Just wondering....Signed into my Hilton account and there is a $ 170 maintenance fee due on one of 2 of my properties. Tuscany in Orlando. No explanation what it is for. Any ideas b-4 I call them?

Yeah... Sounds like "club dues" which are due each year (even if MF's not).
It starts with your 1st use year... even a former owner also paid theirs.

It's the 2018 club fee attached to an odd-year deed. Paid only once, no matter how many deeds you have. Obviously, increased again.

I got the club fee for my Kings’s Land unit also. Tried to pay all fees and it would not let me. I guess they don’t want an interest free loan.

So the 159 increases again, to $170 a year?
I have 2 deeds, one every year 7,000 point Platinum at Tuscany. and one every other year "even" 4,800 Platinum at Parc Soleil.
And it just says due $170.00 on the Tuscany fees and taxes section, but no explanation.

20 buck increase. . This doesn't bode well for reservation fees or open season

Actually, it was attached to the Every Year Tuscany one, the Every other year even has no charges yet for 2018. Must be the 2018 club dues, I guess.

Does anyone know why the yearly fees are slip which different due dates?

I called for the same reason. They told me it is club fees for 2018. Not due until Jan 1 2018. Increased by $20. Do not know the breakdown between the club fee and the NYC "all you can eat" for free changes, cancellations, call center which runs an additional $120 per year historically.
