Yes they are free of charge and all closing costs paid for. The current owners already have agreements with Resort Closings Inc. to complete the closing of the properties.

Resort Closings Inc did the title work for a TS I recently won on eBay.

Everything went smoothly and very very quickly.

If it is the same company and not a sound alike they are located in Bozeman MT.

Actually, the current owners of these properties have signed up for a transfer program through J & J Timeshare that is contingent upon us finding a new owner willing to take over the maintenance fee responsibility. If there are no takers, the current owner remains the current owner and the property is NOT deeded to a viking ship. If you would like to see the agreement feel free to PM me.

The estoppel from the resort does state the account is paid in full and current until Jan 2014. So if there is any special assessment, it is paid up.

I don' really care if this is a PCC liquidation or not. If they come up with a TS I want at the right price I'm going to buy it just like many of us do.

Without the PCC's getting current owners to give them the opportunity to get rid of these, we would not have the great deals we've been seeing.

Sure, there are tens of thousands of owners who want out but just don't know how. The PCC's recruit them, get the POA for the deed and put the property in front of those who want them.

So what if the PCC convinces the current owner to pay them a tidy sum for their efforts?

When a Viking Ship model is employed, then I have a problem.

It appears that is not the case here. When they get the one I want, I'll be all over it.

You may certainly offer your timeshare for free on this forum (Bargain Deals) as that is the purpose of the forum, but please read the info. at the top of the forum, and start your own thread.
