This is for an every other year usage and is for even years. It is for a two bedroom villa and has a value of 94,000 RCI points if don’t want to use it in Kauai. The maintenance dues every other year is $1500.00

Puddle - you should included the deeded building number and view.

If you use the KBV affiliated company, Advanced Financial Company, for the transfer, it is $375.

If you use a different title company, AFC still charges $275, so it's less expensive to use AFC.
