I got this in my email, i do not see the price per point, i am reluctant to giving my HH credentials to what it seems an external party (storefront.points.com)

So how many nights is that in a Hampton Inn? No thanks I’ll pay cash if I have to. I can pay $84/night with the MVP code or 24k points. Thats 6.66 nights with 160k points, or $120 night if I take the $800 deal. HHonor points are dead to me.
I wouldn't buy points just to use them for a few nights nights at a Hampton Inn. For me at least, these offers only make sense if your a few points short of a big trip. Like trying to stay for a week in an expensive city or location.
Last owners update I kind of argued with the salesperson that HHonors were not a good deal and how they had been severely devalued over the past many years. Finally he said our meeting was over and he got up and left. And I was thinking “but wait I’m not done yet. let me give you more examples of why they are not a good deal.”
