I was contacted today by a Assed Real Estate Investments from Kirkwood, MO, they were trying to rent rooms for the Ironman event that was taking place in Cozumel November 18, 2018. Has anyone else been approached?
So the first thing that sounded like fraud was why Riviera Maya if the event was in Cozemel? I did confirm that this event is real for that date. I can see how they want to reel in fresh meat and them give them a tour and presentation.
So just trying to see how widespread this was. The deal was going to be sent via email tomorrow so that is what i know for now. “If it sounds too good its probably not real.
If its a scam i will try and alert others.
