    If I exchange my week within the Interval system, am I able to put the reservation in my brothers name? If so, how much do they charge?

    Yes, a guest certificate is $69. If you end up exchanging, I’d recommend upgrading your II membership to Platinum, and search for a 2 for 1 (2 years for 1) promo code. You’ll get guest certificates for free, $50 off getaways, and some other nice little perks.
