I have 21" iMac (2 years old) All my mail goes to Junk Mail..I've contacted Apple a few times with no results. I also went online and still no results..Sometimes mail comes to my email, but most times goes to Junk..Including people from my Contacts. This has been going on for about 2 weeks

My provider email is fine.. Any suggestions? Thanks

Check your email account filters. Sounds like there may be a rule in effect that is sending everything to your Junk mail. Rules can conflict with other rules, resulting in unpredictable performance, which may be why some mail is filtered, and some isn't. Try going to Malwarebytes.com and installing the freeware version of their program - you may have something on your system causing this. If that doesn't work, try deleting your accounts and keychain settings on the account, restart the system, and rebuild your mail. Is your Mac up to date with IOS software? Push comes to shove, take it into an Apple repair site and ask them to fix it. Life is too short to deal with mail issues.

Good luck!

Dave
