II Question: Traded with a unit I haven’t deposited yet

I just traded one of my SBP 2019 one-bedrooms for a week on interval but I haven’t deposited that week yet nor have I paid my maintenance fees (not due yet) to vistana.

What should I do right now? Does interval give me a certain amount of time to deposit it?

You dont have to take the extra step to deposit but you do have to pre pay the mf. If you dont when ii goes to verify the deposit it will get rejected and likely your exchange will be canceled and the fee refunded.

II will pull it automatically for you. However, you should pay your 2019 MF, as I'm pretty sure it will bounce without that done.

Exchanging is depositing but if the fees aren’t paid they still give you time. If I remember correctly I once received received a mailer giving me something like 7 or 10 days to rectify.

You can pre-pay your MFs online to fix that issue.
