II-Problems adding OGS to AC for Deposit

Anyone else with problems trying to put in an OGS on an AC? I'm trying to add some New England summer requests and no matter what I do I get the error message that states:
Resorts Not Available The following resort(s) are not available during the selected travel window, or have been removed based on your relinquishment.

I have gone through the Certificate restrictions. For New England area it pretty much just shows week 51/52: New Hampshire Central From:18DEC To:31DEC,Massachusetts, Berkshires From:25DEC To:31DEC,New Hampshire, Lakes Winnipesaukee & Win From:25DEC To:31DEC,Maine, Western From:18DEC To:31DEC,Rhode Island, Newport & Block Island From:18DEC To:31DEC,Massachusetts, Boston

None of the resorts I am requesting are on the not to be used at these resorts either.

I have experienced what you have. I must admit it is one of the areas I have great disappointment with II. The promotions encouraging deposits for this ac does not move me to deposit as the ac is so restrictive. I get better weeks with the free ac they give me for no reason which is kind if insulting.

I have found the request feature for these types of ac are for low demand weeks and areas. If the restrictions on the certificate are as you say and you see no restrictions for time and place you are requesting I would email our tug contact Mark

The AC's are a waste of time for me. I cannot get anything I want, but I have so many weeks I need to use, I don't have much need for them.

I was hoping to use one for my stepsister, who lives in Georgia and wanted a Thanksgiving week. She just wanted a large unit, any nice resort for Orlando. None of my AC's would pull anything she could use. 1 bedrooms and studios aren't going to work for her family.

She needs a 3 bedroom. I was able to get her Mystic Dunes two years ago, and they absolutely loved it. I couldn't help her last year or this year. She had to rent at a crazy price.

Sometimes modifying is easier than setting up the search. You could try just getting something that will work with the search that is after the dates you need and then going back in an modifying it. Worse case would be you would have to call to cancel the search you set up.
