This morning I realized I got a match to something I didn’t want. Somehow I goofed and it was in my ogs.
There is no online option to cancel it so I took a deep breath and called. Whereas I always find the II representatives friendly from past experiences I know I need to double check everything they do.
The representative I got today was very nice but once again an error was made. The most difficult part, getting it cancelled and the ogs resumed was done correctly. Taking out the incorrect resort/date was not. It was left in the ogs and would have matched tonight again. Instead another ogs I had was changed which had an ogs for this resort with different dates.
Being I can change requests online, I changed both ogs’s correctly. I hope one day there is an online feature to cancel a confirmation within the 24 hours.
