II Choose Two

I just hung up from talking to two different II agents. The first didn't know the name of the program, and told me I couldn't use Choose Two because I had already traded my weeks! I told him that's how the program works and asked to speak to someone else. The next agent was very nice and knew what the program was, but had to put me on hold multiple times to get information. In the end, all they had for Orlando during Fall Break week was a crappy place and I just thanked him and hung up. I knew I couldn't get a Marriott, but thought maybe a fairly nice place in Orlando would be available. Oh well.

I had a Westgate Lakes Resort using my Choose Two week but had to cancel due to personal reasons. It should now be back in the system. The dates were Sept. 15, - Sept. 22. This resort is a Gold Crown and we had two BR. No refund from II or even the chance to choose another week. They just said sorry there is nothing we can do. So, my reason for telling this is that you may want to try for this resort ~ it should still be available.

Is this what used to be the "ABC" program.(I think thats what it was called) I used it a couple times a few years ago. Where you trade with II and then call to see if there is a room available to use for an extra week and just paying the exchange fees? I was searching to see if this was available thru II and didn't know the "new" name.

UPDATE: lol just saw in II that this is actually an advertised thing now. It used to be a secret. haha And it was the XYZ program. Close
