So your options are to cancel your exchange and request a replacement week. I would wait another week or so because your replacement week would be good for one year from the date you request the replacement week. With a replacement week you would pay another exchange fee but you could set up another ongoing request. If you can't create exactly what you want online you can always call and ask them to take July out of the request otherwise just make one April-June and a separate request using the same deposit, the replacement week for August. You can also add eplus when you confirm the exchange if you so desire.I hope this question doesn't sound too stupid but I never used retrades or EPlus before and I am really confused. A search that I had was confirmed two days ago for a Sept. date in 2019. I do not want to use this resort in September, 2019. My search was from August through October, so it is totally my fault that I got this September month. Tug members cautioned me about Sept. in Florida ~ red tide and hurricanes so now I would like to change the month. Now here's the stupid question: Can I change the dates using retrades or EPlus going backward rather than forward?? In other words can I request my month to be April, May, June, August 2019? Hope I'm making my point clearly. Any questions or help from my Tug friends would be appreciated.
Another less expensive option is to add eplus in the next 3 days (5 days from your confirmation) and that would allow 3 no cost retrades for any date from today until one year after the original confirmation. You can only do manual (eplus) retrades so no ongoing searches.
Finally if you miss the deadline to add eplus you can pay for as many retrades (full price with no ongoing searches) for whatever is available up until, I believe, your original expiration date. At this point I think this is the least desirable option.
If you get within 59 days of your exchange check in additional restrictions will apply for both replacement weeks and retrades both with and without eplus.
