Hi We just returned from a two night stay at HICV Cape Canaveral we had a signature collection 2 bedroom, beautiful but I will write a review later.
On checking in the Salesman/ parking pass guy wanted us to do an “update” we politely said no as our time was limited and we were getting together with family for a couple of days.No free time We said. Then, a sales woman chimed in “What! No one ever says no, how can you pass up a friendly update ? “ We were given wine and snacks, as they both went on and on about how they had never had anyone say no to a presentation. Then she asked when was the last time we went to one. We said 10 years and they shook their heads and said” Wow this has never happened before!”
We got our parking pass and left. They didn’t bother us again.
If they had never heard no, why were they so persistent?
Oh, and we also mentioned TUG....that ended the drama play!
How do they sleep at night?

“No one ever says no”, more lies. As a tugger they knew you didn’t believe them....The magic of saying TUG.

Your comment reminds me many years ago of a similar situation where a pushy park pass girl said the same thing.

I immediately pulled out a cross from my necklace and pointed it right at her. I started chanting loudly and she was quietly asking me to stop. I told her she needs an exorcism right now to flush the demons from her soul for lying and being so pushy.

She walked away and never bothered me again . Come to think of it none of them bothered me again the entire vacation. Probably afraid I’d do another exorcism.

We have had many laughs over that one over the years. It was at a Wyndham in Vegas.
