You really should add some information such as, week(s), fixed, floating, bedrooms, bathroom, etc.

And amount of maintenance fees, if it is paid off (no loan balance), who is responsible for closing costs, annual or EOY, and if it is enrolled in RCI points. Also, this will likely be two giveaways, unless these are fixed weeks back to back in which someone might find spending two consecutive weeks appealing.

And to help “sell” it you could add some pictures and comments about what makes this a nice location. For example, maybe close to shopping or restaurants, kids pool, activity center, laundry services, free movie rentals, free shuttle, etc... (I know nothing about this resort so simply giving some thought starters).
