Hyatt Ziva in Cabo/ All inclusive

Can anyone tell me about the Hyatt Ziva in Cabo and what they charge for all inclusive fee? If I purchase a Timeshare there it seems that when you arrive you pay this fee on top of the yearly maintenance fee. Can anyone help with what the fee is and what it includes?

I recently looked at a listing in Redweek and asked a broker the same question. Here was their response:

The per person rate per day in 2017 for adults is $142 and for kids, $65. This includes unlimited alcoholic beverages as well. There is an abundance of restaurants available for a variety of choices. In 2018, the rate is going up to $150 per person for adults and the $65 rate stays the same for kids.

cubigbird is correct on the PER PERSON PER DAY to enjoy the all-inclusive. However, the only thing I see that is available is food and beverages...I bet you'll pay extra for jet skis, snorkeling, etc which is listed as "nearby".

The activities include things like yoga classes on the beach, volleyball in the pool, dance classes by the pool, bingo, etc.
It was loud out by the pool all day because lots of people are trying to get their money's worth at the bar.

The Hyatt Ziva is in San Jose del Cabo, not Cabo San Lucas. Cabo San Lucas is the party town. San Jose del Cabo is the quiet town.

It will suit your age group. I just didn’t care for the food. We stayed one night to try it out and wasn’t impressed with the offerings. Will not return.
