Hello fellow Tug members

I am in the process of reducing our portfolio; we have two Key West Hyatts (one at Beach House - week 20 and other at Windward - week 18). We have not stayed at either and purchased the units to trade and eventually get down to Key West. Of the two, which one should we keep and which one should we sell?

You could probably trade into either so I would choose to keep the one with the lowest MF. We stayed once in Winward Pointe and liked it. The units are very nice, never have stayed at Beach House though we now own there. Beach House is family friendly. I didn't like the actual units as much as Winward when we toured. It really is personal preference though.

I'd sell the beach house, we had one for week of spring break, it went fast.
