As most of you HRC people know, the pricing for weeks in CO have been quite high.

Is seems reality has entered the picture, and while I have no interest in more ownership myself, there are a number of units available at very reasonable asking $$.

If fact, there is a week 4 ski week at HML - 2 BR only asking 10K and a week 3 at 15K

And if you REALLY feel it, there are weeks at the Park Hyatt for only 25K - Wk 47 & 48!!

These are Hyatt sales pricing, considered developer sales.
