It appears the HRC reservation site does not list an accurate occupancy for the various villas. It says the 2BR unit accommodates 8 guests and the 3BR unit for 12 guests. I've never stayed here but it doesn't seem accurate when comparing to listings on Redweek where the 2BR units are listed as 6 occupants. Can someone provide details of layout and bedding type for the 3BR unit? Also do they have rollaways available?

We had a three bedroom there a couple of years ago. One of the bedrooms had two queen beds. I suppose it is possible they have multiple set ups with double queens instead of a single king. For example, a three bed unit where two of the bedrooms have double queens, the third bedroom has a king, and then two people sleeping on the pull out couch. That would be tight, but 12 friendly souls could fit. Maybe call the resort to verify, and annotate the request for multiple double queen beds on the booking.

I noticed that on the new website the studios at Aspen say that the occupancy is for 4. Those studios are small and only sleep 2. They are really just a bedroom with a king sized bed. Looks like the website needs more tweaking! The request/ waitlist doesn't appear to be working yet either.

The two bedroom occupancy is 6 from the 2 bedrooms we've had. The occupancy for studios is 4. Sorry, OP, I have never stayed in a 3 bedroom so can't speak to that.
