We are staying on a promo and was wondering if the everyday maid service is something you get as a owner of these timeshares? I didn't think it would matter but it is nice to have clean sheets everyday and refresh of towels/coffee/soap/laundry detergent etc...

If you own a floating week how difficult is it to book Jan/feb/march/april weeks?

Selling floating weeks for $67000 bonus 250,000 world of Hyatt points. They claim no issues booking non holiday weeks. EOY price $40,000 as there is a discount for 2 units eoy or annual purchase. They also have plenty of 2 bedroom fixed weeks 4 to 13.

$67K for floating 80K Fixed springbreak and 120K to purchase New Years/Xmas fixed.

Maintenance fee only 2750
