Hyatt Ka'anapali Resort 1 bedroom view

Could anyone let me know which kind view we can expect for 1 bedroom Villa with CUP point reservation? How sooner before checking in we can get a confirmation about villa assignment?

There's only 18 one bedroom units - 10 on the ocean side and 8 on the mountain side. 4 of the units on the ocean side are lower floors 1 thru 4 - out of the 18, these sound to be the ugly ducklings. Ocean side floors 5 thru 10 would have nice/great views. Some HBK visitors have said that they prefer the mountain view over the ocean. I wouldn't expect a unit assignment until check-in day.

We have stayed in a 1 bedroom 2nd floor and on another occasion 4th floor. Both were great views. Of course higher is better but we were quite pleased

This is a wonderful resort. We have considered buying there.
