Another thing you should do is to joing TUG ($15) and then you will have access to our member's only Ratings and Reviews area, where you can look up the resorts you are interested in. This resort has 20 reviews on TUG and a high rating.

I believe those 130k points to which you refer are not actually RCI Points at all, but instead represent an entirely different, internal HICV "points currency".
While there may be some "conversion factor" from HICV points to RCI points (I do not claim to know), they are definitely not one and the same thing.

HICV points do transfer at this resort but they exchange 2:1 to RCI points. You can't add them to a current RCI point it has to be in a stand alone HICV RCI account which is included in the HICV annual membership fee (not included in MF of around $126 per year). 130,000 HICV points =65,000 points when exchanging through RCI unless you mean 260,000 HICV points. What size and what float season is the unit?

The highest amount of RCI points for a 2 BR non lock off (lock offs sleep 8) is 88,000 RCI points and that is for week 24-32. I don't see any worth 130,000 or even 65,000.

We own a week at Orange Lake, also belong to HICV. We use our week mostly to trade points .We have stayed at Myrtle Beach affiliate. Very nice resort. Again, follow Denise’s advice. Check what TUG has to offer. You may find just what you want for a whole lot less$$.

Biggest red flag on this Ad is there isn't a South Beach doesn't have a unit that is equal to 130,000. Also $10,000 is way to high of a price to pay for HICV points. Similar Point units from South Beach are going for around $2,000. If your looking to buy points on the secondary market with HICV, check ebay and look for units from South Beach, Lake Geneva and Gatlinburg. These are the only three resorts that you can buy resale and not have to pay the company to convert.
