Hi all - looking for some input/experience from other HICV members:

I'm trying to book at Cape Canaveral 10 months from now to take advantage of the 15% advanced booking discount for Premier and I'm having a bit of an issue on line. It lets me use the 15% discount for anything that I can't upgrade for (like the 2-Bdrm Oceanfront), but if the upgrade is available it forces me to use an upgrade/won't let me take the 15% advanced booking benefit. Upgrades are not a great deal for most of Cape Canaveral, so I don't want to waste one here. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it really a requirement that you can't use the booking discount if you have available upgrades?

Noticed the same thing it's a problem in the system.

I would call in your stay and get the discount with a representative. You do have a choice.

The HICV website has problems from time to time. This is a technical issue and not anything you are doing wrong. I had the same problem and just called to get my discount.
