HGVC website down this morning?

Me too, I thought at first it was my problem.

Really worried when it was saying I had zero points for both this and next year!!

I'm in and everything looks okay. I did have to turn off my VPN. I received the "Error has Occurred" message with VPN active

I don't have a VPN and I'm getting the error has occurred message.

Even the mobile app has the same message.

I don't use VPN but I still can't use it for anything useful like making a reservation..

Seems to be working now. I was able to save my remaining 2017 points and then make a reservation for 2018...

I had that problem yesterday afternoon. I called customer service and they did my reservations for me and charged me the online price.

I wouldn't say she confirmed, but when I told her the problem she said, well, I'll take care of it for you and charge you the online price. I didn't even have to ask (demand) that they not charge the higher call-in price to make a club reservation. I suspect I wasn't the first call.

Yes. I keep getting a message that the website is insecure. I cannot go anywhere beyond that. This is on Firefox and Chrome.

i tried safari, chrome, and explorer. They told to clean the history because there was a website update last night. Tried that but same result.

I had a little glitch getting in, but was able to do so on a 2nd retry a few minutes later.

if you use https://www.hgvclub.com/login.php , you will notice a bad certificate error since the SSL cert is only valid for hiltongrandvacations.com

www.hgvclub.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.hiltongrandvacations.com, hiltongrandvacations.com

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

It seems to be working today... I was able to book Utah for a few days and it was performing normal

This is frustrating, I can't get in. After a long wait of a spinning circle, all I get is:
Sorry, an error has occurred.
Please try again.

And I couldn't get through by phone this morning. Anyone else having issues? Is it just me? Suzanne.

The website has been problematic every night this past week. I am trying to walk a reservation and I keep getting Gateway Timeout errors or just spinning wheels. Annoying.
