Hgvc logon issue every time new week added

    FYI

    It is 4 for 5. Every time I acquired a new week, except once, the hgvc locked me out saying my account didn’t exist.

    Seems when they add a week to an account it clears out the email address. It is a known issue. They need to make note of the email and add it back in but seems the procedure is flawed.

    If you are talking about adding addition HGVC weeks, I have never had this issue. That would be frustrating for sure.

    Yes that is what I am talking about and frustrating it is. Glad you haven’t had the issue. Maybe I am the only lucky one.

    When I added on earlier this year I didn’t experience that either. It’s frustrating enough when you can’t login due to maintenance.

    Never had the issue either, been an owner since 2001 and suffered through 2 major system changes. I can’t remember the email I used for initial signup since gmail didnt start until 2004.
