"Home to Navy Pier, Wrigley Field—the second-oldest Major League ballpark—more than 700 public artworks and 5,000 restaurants, Chicago is also about to become a home away from home for Club Members. That’s right, Hilton Grand Vacations is opening its first Windy City location in the top six floors of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – Magnificent Mile.

Where Will it be Located?
The property sits between Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile, which features more than 460 stores, 275 restaurants and myriad attractions like live entertainment, artwork and museums along Michigan Avenue. Plus, it’s just a stone’s throw from other top sites including Millennium Park, Grant Park and The Chicago Theatre.

What are the Property’s Plans?
HGV, alongside its purchasing partners Related Fund Management and The Chartres Lodging Group, will acquire the new property inventory in phases. That’s anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2019.
However, in the fourth quarter of 2018, the current property owner will begin renovating and converting the top six floors into 78 studio and one-bedroom units. These units will become the HGV property and will maintain the high HGV standards Members are accustomed to.
When Will Sales Begin?
Sales are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2019.
Additional Perks
Members will get to enjoy the hotel’s many amenities—like its on-site bar and restaurant, business and fitness centers, and outdoor pool and patio—in addition to the property’s central location.

Beach lovers rejoice! HGV is excited to announce another sun-soaked destination and its first Caribbean resort: Hilton Grand Vacations at The Crane on the island of Barbados.
Located on one of the top beaches in the world, The Crane is an RCI Gold Crown/Registry Collection resort founded in 1887. The Crane was Barbados’ first resort, and today it’s the oldest continuously operating resort in the entire Caribbean.
HGV is acquiring existing one-, two- and three-bedroom suite inventory in phases from Millennium Investments Limited. What does this mean for Club Members? Sales are slated to begin during the fourth quarter of this year, with Member stays expected to begin as early as January 2019.
Get ready to enjoy the resort’s many amenities, including a 1.5-acre cascading cliff-top pool complex, a day spa, kids’ club, gardens, and award-winning dining with seven restaurant and beverage options. Additionally, since many suites come with their own large swimming pools — like corner tower plunge pools and ground-floor infinity pools — you may enjoy taking a dip without even leaving the comfort of your suite.
