Booked through an RCI Exchange Hard Rock Riviera Maya. There was a promo deal, stay 4 nights, get 3 free of AI daily fee. We booked on the Heaven side, as we will be 2 adults, no kids.
Have read excellent reviews over the past month, food, service, etc. Haven't been to an AI resort for a number of years, so thought this would be a good one, promotion was attractive. Was deciding between HR Cancun or Riviera Maya, compared both. The fact that Riviera was separated into 2 sides, family side, Hacienda, adult side, Heaven was appealing to us, HR Riviera Golf Club closer to Riviera Maya for my husband. Much is discussed about beach at Cancun vs RM being a protected lagoon, some prefer one over the other.
Any comments on the swimming beach at RM in the protected lagoon? Anyone here golf at the HR Golf Club RM? Thanks very much in advance!
