Harborside Booking Question

I am attempting to book/rent a Harborside reservation, with a preferred Wednesday arrival/departure ... during the last week of June 2019.

From what I have been able to determine => it appears that a Wednesday arrival can only be booked 8 months out, using StarOption points?

As this will be my first time renting a unit at Harborside, hoping that someone can confirm/correct my understanding?

As well, ... is June a busy month at Atlantis, as I am wondering if the property will already be fully booked 8+ months => with my only option of being to rent a Fri/Sat/Sun arrival posted on RedWeek or some other venue?

Thx.

You can go online and check availablity right now - you just can't reserve it until Oct.

You want June 26-July 3? I don't think that will be available but you never know.

Right now - all unit types are available for June 26th, but they are all showing as "low availability," except the small 1-bedrooms. So you may be able to get a small one bedroom, but the other villa types will probably be gone.

As I am not familiar with the StarOptions system ... it appears as though reservations booked via SO, can’t be rented out. Is this correct?

Thx.

Someone advised that if there is an owner that secured a reservation at their home resort (via points), ... there is some debate over the ability to rent that reservation.

Thoughts?
