Happy Thanksgiving to all. We are all truly blessed to be able to enjoy another Thanksgiving.

Thanks to my Father and Mother and to all my relatives and friends who are no longer with us.
They set a very high standard to lived by and to follow for life.

Well, my Turkey-Day meal is over and the brined bird was a hit.
But now my hands smell like turkey (from handling).

I'm thankful to Lee Drummond ("Pioneer Woman") for the recipe.
I'm also thankful that nearly everyone has left and the house is quiet again.
