98,000 annual RCI points deeded as week 27 in a two bedroom lock off unit
2019 maintenance fees of $835 have been paid. Next maintenance fees will be due by 1/1/2020
There are no points available until 2020 but the new owner is able to borrow points from 2020 to make reservations as soon as they get this in their account. However they must prepay the estimated 2020 maintenance fees to borrow points.
New owner will pay the LT Transfers closing costs of approximately $215 and the resort transfer fee of $250. If you already have an RCI points account it will cost you $98 to add this to your account. If you don't have an RCI points account it will cost $222 which includes the first year membership fee in RCI.
We have a copy of our deed which speeds things up.
