FREE!!! I own a 1 bedroom OCEAN view Grand Pacific Palisades. My time to use it is every ODD year. It is a fixed week vacation (Week 9). Maintenance fee every year is about $550. Maintenance fee for 2017 is paid. First year use will be 2019. Interested party will only pay for closing/transfer fee which is handled by Advanced Financial Company.

Does it come with day use? That's a perk some people might use.

Also, you might want to highlight the positive features of this resort:
- close to Legoland and the Flower Fields
- onsite restaurant
- large lap pool as well as a large family pool with splash pad
- multiple hot tubs
- half basketball court
- play structure for kids
- Carlsbad has nice weather year round
- week 9 is sometimes Spring Break
- week 9 is often a nice time to visit the Flower Fields (no blooms during Summer - the Flower Fields are in bloom every year from approximately early March through early May ONLY)
- this coincides with the best time to pick strawberries at the nearby strawberry fields (best harvest for strawberries in the area is between January and July)

Hi...can this unit be traded into exchange company? If so, how high is the trading power? Is usage strictly on a weekly basis? can it break down into days use? Thanks!
