Thank you. I am wondering about the biennial point use. I currently own Wyndham, but all annual. Are you able to, or have you, used them as annual points (half each year)? Is it a matter of borrowing points in the odd years?

It the same as an annual contract. It may take a little planning...
Borrowing
I think it's the same as your annual, you can borrow points from next year if the reservation is withing the "Express Booking Window". So you can borrow 2020 points for a 2019 booking in Oct, Nov, Dec.

Deposit to future year.
So you could deposit 2018, for usage in 2019 or 2020.
