Mine from this seller just transferred...with over $500 in past due fees. FYI everyone- I got the "welcome letter" coupled with a delinquency letter saying that the last year dues were never paid and now I have to pay them and collection fees.

Just got off the phone and confirmed with Wyndham- the contract I acquired from this seller has not had maintenance fees paid on it since 2016 and I am stuck with all the fees since then including collection fees.

Wow, that's a bummer for sure. The contract I got from her was paid until transfer. Something must have slipped through the cracks. Still probably a decent deal if you consider that your purchase price, considering that resale prices seem to be up lately.

I have reached out to the seller (OP here) but have not heard back. I dont think it is a good deal. I would argue that a good deal is only good if it is what was agreed upon. I will get over it, and it is not like I cant afford $500. But it is the principle of the matter. I got the seller, transfer agent, and notary's info from Wyndham. I hope they reach out to me soon to correct this or some papers will be filed.
