Due to age and health we need to downsize, and will offer for free this great week in the Wisconsin Dells to a TUG member.

Week: Fixed week 27, which often includes 4th of July, Friday check-in
Usage: Annual
2018 MF: $783.33 (has been steady for a number of years)
Exchanges in both RCI and II. RCI gives 28 TPUs for the week.
Owned free and clear, no outstanding fees, no upcoming assessments that we are aware of.
Usage to start in 2019 with MF due January 2019.

We will pay the resort transfer fee which I believe is about $325
Buyer to pay closing fees at Buyer's choice of service.
