I have owned this week at Blubeards Castle in St Thomas for 19 years and must let it go. It is a studio, week 31. Everything is paid up to date and there is no mortgage. I have had pretty good trading power. Including units as big as 3 bedrooms in Orlando. I have 2 kids in college and can't work right now, so I have no $$ for fees or to travel. The good thing about St Thomas is you don't need a passport.
I am not a professional time share buyer/seller so I am not sure about closing fees etc. If you are interested I will try and find more info.
