Shawnee timeshare, 2 BR 3 BA, deeded winter break week #52, pool, ski, RCI affiliated
Set right along the Delaware, this resort puts you in the middle of all that the Poconos have to offer. Rustic accommodations offer you a relaxing wood-burning stove. Here you will find a host of amenities and activities for the whole family. There is a large indoor pool and a soothing indoor hot tub, and plenty of exercise equipment. There's also game rooms.
The Ridge Top section of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Shawnee Village is built on a mountain top very close to the recreation center. The unit has two-levels, 3 full baths, dining room, a washer/dryer and a full starter pack of supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. The unit sleeps 8 in spacious comfort and has a wood-burning stove.
Pocono Mountains great winter outdoor activities: hike the trails, snow tube the mountains, or do some serious downhill skiing.
Some of the amenities at Shawnee Resort (not all during this winter week) include: indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball courts, 2 outdoor basketball courts, picnic areas, 2 playground areas, 2 horseshoes courts, bocce ball courts, gift shop, DVD rentals, billiards, ping pong table, indoor cardio workout room, indoor sauna, and indoor Jacuzzi. Available in the Gift Shop are food staples.
Additionally, there are a variety of activities within and around the Shawnee Village that you receive discount for. As a guest/owner if you present your Guest Pass or wristband, you will receive: 1/3 off lift tickets at the Shawnee Mountain, 50% off of greens fees at the Shawnee Inn's 27 hole golf course, 10% off of food only in the River Room, Buckwood and Gem & Keystone at the Shawnee Inn, $3 off at the Shawnee Playhouse and 10% off at Shawnee Canoes. Each week a variety of free and inexpensive activities are scheduled.
Week #52, is during the Christmas/New Years week, Sunday to Sunday, every year, deeded.
Maintenance fee (covers utilities, taxes, cleaning, upkeep, etc.): $860 for the 2019 year and is paid.

Take Rt. 22 East to Rt. 33 North to I-80 East (exit 52 is now 309 Marshalls Creek.) Go north on Rt. 209 for 1.5 miles and turn right on Buttermilk Falls Rd. Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn left (across from Shawnee Square) and make the first left into the Shawnee Commons. **GPS Address: 5255 Buttermilk Falls Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
