My new timeshare mantra is "Buy one, Sell/Give one... Get one, Give one"

I'm in the process of acquiring another week and hoping to pass this biennial contract to a new owner.

• 1 bdrm, FIXED week 22, Biennial ODD usage
• First usage 2019... check-in Saturday, June 1-8
• RCI currently shows 27 trading power for 2019

Waterside is just 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza's shops and restaurants. Ample bicycle parking...bike racks are in the parking area. Complimentary beach shuttle also available.

This unit is in the 5200 building near Avocet Rd (closest building to the beach). It sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in the bedroom and living room and a balcony that overlooks the children's pool.

Maintenance Fees are billed in Nov/Dec in EVEN years and due in Jan ODD years...2017 maintenance fees were $591. Since my ownership is bi-ennial ODD only, I didn't receive notice of 2018 fees.

Buyer to pay closing fees, resort transfer fee and prepaid maintenance fees (required by Spinnaker and will go towards future MFs. It will cover 2019 fees... remaining funds will be applied to 2021 fees.)

Closing fees: under $200 using LT Transfers
Transfer fee: $125
Prepaid MFs: $750​
