I am needing to give away my timeshare at Vacation Village Parkway. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lockoff with fixed week 40. I have never used it. I saw the ad in our local paper and since my husband had recently passed away at the time, I thought it would be something I would use with my children and grandchildren. It was too hard for us to find time to use it.
My loss is your gain! I am willing to pay the 2018 maintenance fees and taxes along with the transfer fee. I usually get my bill in the fall. Last year the maintenance fees and taxes totaled $834.
You can use the RCI website to trade weeks and locations with other timeshare owners. I just am not very internet savvy and have never even tried it.
I am told this unit is close to Disney World.
