  • Deeded as Unit 1825, Week 44
  • Annual usage
  • Floats weeks 1-52
  • 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (NOT a Lock-off)
  • 2014 Maintenance Fees were just under $1000 (According to MyStarCentral.com, 2015 fees are expected to be the same)
  • Maintenance Fees are current. 2015 Maintenance fees are due January 2015.
  • Nothing is owed on the property
This unit is free to anyone who is willing to pay the closing costs.

I have used Legal Timeshare Transfers a few times in the recent past. Very reasonably priced, very responsive, and fast closing. www.lttransfers.com. Total through them is about $150

So, for about $150 total you can have this awesome timeshare.

2016 Used. Usage start 2017.

Just checked the vistana website. Turns out it's deeded as week 26 (not 44 as I originally posted). But it still floats weeks 1-52

Hi. I have received a few inquiries on trading this unit. So I thought I'd post a response here.

This unit trades in both RCI and II. I've never used RCI . We've only used II, have never stayed at the resorts we own.

We have traded in around the country to Westins and Marriotts almost entirely (that's just our preferences, though trading into Westins is getting harder.) We have always gotten weeks in Hawaii every year on Maui, Kauai and Oahu (we own multiple weeks and Hawaii is our favorite destination.) We've traded in to San Francisco, Branson, Key West, even nicer Orlando resorts than this one, and many others.

No, this does not include Star Options :(
