Shedding some of our properties as the wife doesn't get nearly the vacation time we need to use everything we own.

I've used this to extensively trade into WKORV/WKOVRN for the last 5 years with great success using both instant trade and ongoing searches.

Since this was gifted to me by a fellow tugger, I'm doing the same.
All you need to pay is the transfer fee with transfer company of your choosing (JRA Closing is one I'd recommend) and resort transfer fee.

I've given away other units in the past on TUG, so if you would like a reference, just let me know and I'm happy to give you one.

If you are using this as a trader then it will save you on the II size upgrade fees and (theoretically) put you ahead of traders using 1 bedroom units when looking for a two bedroom.
