Located along the southern tip of the Sequoia National Forest in a former logging town known as Johnsondale, R-Ranch in the Sequoias is a tranquil mountain vacation resort for the year round enjoyment of its member owners. Cabins sleep different numbers of persons depending on size of cabin requested or available.

Available year 'round; use as often as once a month (or more)

Maintenance Fee: $1,200

Usage: Available for use after maintenance fee is paid; this is not a timeshare but a deeded share of the R-Ranch. See R-Ranch website for details.

Independent entity; Has no affiliation with any other national or international timeshare service or company.

Title Transfer: I will pay all transfer fees.

I Know there are other R-Ranches in other states. Does this membership have any access to those R-Ranches?
