No cost except closing/transfer fee. Should be approximately $200 with LT Transfers.

This is a deeded week - the deed allows you to stay in a 2 bedroom ocean view unit during a summer week or you can reserve 2 one bedroom ocean view units during a non-summer non-holiday week. Riviera Beach and Spa has different types of ownerships - this is the best one because you get the choice of a 2 bedroom or two one-bedrooms.

Maintenance fees were $1128 last year.

Do you have a list of "non-summer non-holiday' weeks for 2020?

The non summer/non holiday weeks include mid October through May, not including Xmas, New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving, and President's weeks.

The unit is still available.

You can book 2 one bedroom units and deposit both units into Interval International for 2 exchanges.

Wow, wish I had known about this type of unit 20 yrs ago. I have a 2 bdrm unit that is non-ocean view or 1 bdrm ocean view. I am also selling/giving mine. But I will have to say, yours is better. If I had yours, I might wouldn't even sell......

Is this a Diamond ownership or just Diamond run?

Mine is just Diamond run. They want you to pay lots of extra money to be part of the Diamond system, and I didn't think it was worth it. We used to love to take our kids to this resort when they were little. Great for bike riding and walking the beach....
