You are correct, at this time the sale is being finalized by the closing company. Dependent on different factors, The 2 bed rm 895 to 995, the 1 bed rm 695 to 750. Good luck, Summer Bay is a great place and will rent. Make up a good web page. Regards, Zack

You seem to have redefined the concept of FREE.

It is free. It is common for the buyer to pay title transfer costs and it is reasonable to expect re-imbursment for the 2012 MFs if the buyer is going to use the unit in 2012.

How much is the buyer being asked to pay for the unit? Nothing, so it is free.
