Free Mittersill Resort Fixed New Years and Presidents Weeks

One bedroom New Years week ($701 maintenance) and President's Week studio ($467 maintenance). Enjoy ski holidays a few hundred yards from Cannon base. Closing done by resort, $250 per unit, paid by "buyer," nothing to seller. Both 2018 weeks available. New Years 2017 (starts Friday, 12/29) available for maintenance reimbursement (not deposited for exchange yet, so available to use). Mittersill trades in both RCI and II. RCI weeks about 14 points, but one or the other week usually gets an extra vacation from II and trades well there. Owner never visited resort. Traded mostly for western ski week two bedrooms. Owning New Years week 52 makes owner eligible to pick up week 53 every five-six years for half maintenance.

Just an FYI: it might be obvious to you where Cannon base is, but I have no idea. Including the town & state this timeshare is located in may help you give it away.
