2019 Maintenance fees paid. I'll pay the tax/filing fee for the quitclaim deed and the resort transfer fee. I do not involve a lawyer to do this and have done it several times successfully. If you aren't comfortable with the process there are several folks that will handle the transaction for $150 but you will need to pay for that service. You'll never be at any financial risk, except for owning the permanent title to the timeshare. MFs will be due Jan 1, 2020.
I had two units at this price, but down to one now. I've rented them successfully for the past 4 years or so, but I'm looking to stop doing that. They are great units and the MFs are low. No special assessments for the ongoing renovation just started as they built $175 into the MF for that purpose. Great resort. We love it and are keeping a unit for ourselves as we are in the DC area and take our kids with there almost every year.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Is it a fixed week 52 or is a 1-52 float that can be reserved for week 52? Is it a 4 BR lock off? Which section of Summit (Sunrise, Grenoble or Peak)? MF around $880?
