One BR, sleeps 4 (4/2) Full Kitchen, Laundry in main bldg.
These are the larger one bedroom units across from the main building, but you still have full use of all their facilities, beach badge, pool, business center, game room, laundry, etc... except you have a dedicated parking spot right under/near your building! You don't have to use the valet parking! Easier, AND the units are HUGE compared to the units in the main building.
From the private balcony, you can listen to the band, watch the surf, or just enjoy your own space, unit has nice layout with two bathroom sinks (it has a vanity sink separate from the bathroom), has full kitchen, full living room with TWO large picture windows! Sleeps 4 using sofa sleeper, on second floor, so easy to either take one flight of stairs to beach or use elevator. Building only has 3 stories...so elevator never crowded!
Buy anytime after June 30th 2019.
Unit will be available to you in 2020, (June 19th-26th, 2020 would be your first use).
Owner will pay for $450 Deed Transfer Fee
You start paying maintenance in 2020.
