FREE to a good family... Deeded, 2 fixed weeks 9 & 10 at The Village at Palmetto Dunes.
Great Hilton Head property - 2 springtime weeks, when the azaleas are blooming, the golfing is great, and the beaches are not crowded.
2 bdr 2 bath cottage unit- sleeps 6. Property is well managed, and nicely landscaped.
Maintenance fees- $703/ week ( lowest on the island!)
All 2017 maintenance fees and special assessments have been paid in full.
Easy 5 min walk to: The beach, Robert Trent Jones golf course, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Centre.
We bought this unit on TUG as a bargain 8 yrs ago, and have loved every vacation in this lovely timeshare. Now it's time to Pay It Forward ...giving another family the same happy memories..

Yes we have traded these weeks with RCI. We have deposited them late (have to pay maintenance fees first)
and usually got 17 TPU /week ( does that mean trading power??)

Yes that is right! (great price for a 2 bdr in Palmetto Dunes!!!)
The fees are due In January each year, and we receive 2 invoices- one for each week . The fees for 2017 were $703 /week, and only increase slightly each year.
The resort has done some unit upgrades, and landscaping projects over the past 3 years, but they do not anticipate any more special assessments in the near future. Many resorts on the island sustained damage last fall due to Hurricane Matthew, but The Village at Palmetto Dunes escaped unscathed, thankfully.

You really can't go wrong with this timeshare- the location is fantastic-- you are literally a 5 min walk to golf, tennis, restaurants, the General Store, and best of all-- that Beach!! The management is great at this small, and friendly resort.
We are only giving it up, because we have retired, and now spend our winters renting in Hilton Head!! We Love it there.
