Reposting as transfer fees have changed.
Free 3400 point every other year even 1 bedroom unit at parc soliel in Orlando,fl with first usage in 2018. Annual fees of $801 in 2016 as fees are paid in usage year only, plus club fee if this is your only hgvc week. Buyer to pay hgvc transfer fee of $399 and they charge an activation fee of $565 after transfer. I will pay for closing via lt transfers or new owner is welcome to pay for closing company of thier choice. Any questions just ask!
