Is this points based as well? or just weeks? Trying to figure the trading value.

The 2018 maintenance fees for a two bedroom are $803. They were $765 in 2017.

All the two bedrooms at Grandview are lock off units. And unlike the B side of the lock offs at VV at Parkway the other sides at Grandview are the same as the A side. Full kitchen, whirlpool tub, king bed, washer and dryer.
If this is a points week then week 39 would be a 122,000 point week. If it isn't a points week the seller might know how many TPU's it would get if he's deposited it.

It is a 2-bdm. lockoff: 2 one bedrooms - joined by a private foyer with a door to the hallway.

As far as I know a deeded week at Grandview Las Vegas, a resort on the Vacation Village family of resorts, could be enrolled in the PIC program. And if the resort is eligible they could elect to use either their week in RCI or the Wyndham points they could instead get for their week to stay at many Wyndham resorts.
Or are you saying if they choose to deposit their PIC week and get TPU's (Trading Power Units) for it they cannot then use those TPU's to stay at any Wyndham resort?

I took the other timeshare they had posted. Very nice people easy to work with and forthright. The deeds for the Branson properties have transferred now waiting for the transfers to complete within the resort organization. The owners have been experiencing health issues and a family member is taking care of the business. Be kind and PM them.
