FREE: A contemporary one-bedroom suite, in Brigantine, NJ, that includes one master bedroom with a king-size bed, one and a half baths, and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room.
The suite also includes a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove, oven and dining table/area.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Just 2 blocks to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Atlantic City.
2018 maintenance fees ($665 per year) have been paid by me and the 2018 week is available for you to book.
Floating week : weeks 1-52
I'll even pay closing costs for the buyer.
